Brahmanbaria Baptist Church

The Baptist Church of Brahmanbaria was established in 1910. This church is one of the oldest churches. New Zealand missionaries chose to set up this mission. It was then the British era. Currently no one survives the era. With the establishment of this church, a hospital which is known as the Christian Medical Center and a school which is known in the Christian Mission School is established. Brahmanbaria Baptist Church has passed more than 100 years. At one point of time, one of the missionaries, who was named as a missionary, John Tokel, has once been the chairman of Brahmanbaria municipality. Presently, the entire Brahmanbaria and its surrounding people are getting various services through the local school and hospital under this church. The aim of setting up the mission was to serve the common people and at this time the school is studying more than 1,800 students in the school and the institution is providing services to countless people through the hospital.
